PRACTICE SCHEDULE
- 8:30am to 9:15am - 7-10 year old. Monday through Thursday.
- 9:15am to 10:00am 6 and under; 11-12 year old. Monday through Thursday.
- 10:00am to 11:00am 13 and older. Monday through Thursday.
- 7:00pm to 8:00pm Monday and Wednesday.

GRACE CALLAHAN FUNDRAISER
The Hidden Falls Rapids are launching a great fundraising opportunity for Grace Callahan. Both of Graces parents Doug and Audrey, work in the Mill Creek Cluster as teachers. Grace is in need of a heart transplant and the Hidden Falls Rapids are going to spend the summer raising money to help her family with the expenses. We plan to do basket raffles and will need team members to donate "themed baskets" to be raffled at our home meets. To give a little history about Grace, she was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy (an enlarged heart) at 11 days of age. Many thought that she would not survive her first year without a transplant. She did, however, and will be 7 in April of 2010. She compensated well for many years with the help of medications despite a very weak heart, but as time has gone on, her symptoms have worsened. She has been on the list for a heart transplant since Jan. 22nd, 2010.
